How to view the Incident Report?

Incident reports give you an insight into the happenings on the site. Guards can use their Guardso app to submit incident reports which can be viewed quickly on the PPO dashboard.

Step 1: Click on the Reports tab from the main menu and under Custom Reports section click on Incident Report.

Step 2: You can filter the reports from the Report Filter to check them for a particular client, post site or a guard for a defined time period. Select the required criteria to see a list of incident reports.


To view the details, click on the specific entry. From here you can edit or delete the guard files, add comments and attachments before you approve the reports. Once necessary changes are made, click on the Pending button under the Status column to approve the report.

Note: Also, you have the option to email this report directly to the client or members of your security team, or export this file.

  • To email the report, click on Email Report, choose the attachment type, enter email ids of the recipients and hit Send.
  • If you wish to export this report, click on the Export tab, choose the type of format you need for your file in, PDF or Excel and your it will be automatically saved to your system.
